TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING
Shipping fee will be shouldered by the client. We have a standard shipping fee of Php150 for orders below Php999. Free shipping will apply for orders Php1,000 and above. Delivery period will depend on your location.

RETURNS/CHANGE OF ITEMS
Our return policy only lasts for 30 day. After 30 days, return or change of items will be forfeited. Item/s must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it to be eligible for the return or change of item/s. A proof of purchase is required to complete the process. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the client for the return or change of items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Delivery period will depend on your location.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. It will be given through your original form of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 0995-017-2080.
